Neck exercise, neck pain

Put your right or left hand above your ear and put pressure on your head, on the other hand, resist the pressure with your head, so that the force of the head and hand neutralize each other and neither of them move. . Press the head and hands together for 10 seconds. Repeat this movement for the opposite side. Do this three times for each side

Sport number two

Place the palms of both hands on your forehead and apply force to your forehead, on the other hand, resist the pressure with your head. The head and hands apply pressure to each other for ten seconds. Repeat this movement three times.

Sport number three

Stand completely straight and place the palms of both hands behind the head. The head should be completely straight and the elbows should be as far back as possible. In this case, the palms of both hands put pressure on the back of the head, while the head shows resistance. This pressure should continue for 10 seconds. Repeat this movement three times.

Exercise number four

Put your chest forward and raise your shoulders. Stay in this position for 10 seconds. Repeat this movement three times.

Exercise number five

According to the shape or one hand, pull your head to the same side, so that you feel the stretch in the muscles on the opposite side of the neck. Maintain this position for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise three times and do it for the opposite side as well.

Repeat all the above exercises in three meals: morning, noon and night.
